Qualification
Required
2-6 years of IP litigation experience, including district court patent cases, ITC matters, and/or PTAB proceedings
Background in science and technology, ideally with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field
Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where the application is submitted
Demonstrates proficiency in the responsible and ethical use of AI technologies within legal practice
Preferred
Prior experience with complex technologies (wireless communications, semiconductors, software, consumer electronics, etc.) is advantageous
Demonstrated keen interest in both team collaboration and advanced legal problem-solving
