Responsibilities

Contribute to coverage of campus news, student life, and University research projects
Produce in-depth and quick-turn profiles of alumni
Assist in multimedia production, including podcasts and video
Develop at least one project during tenure
Help manage and create content for PAWs website and newsletters
Provide content and help manage PAW’s social media accounts
Work with PAW staff on outreach and engagement efforts with alumni and campus community

Required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Adobe Suite products, particularly Acrobat
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to assist in various tasks

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design
Familiarity with web-publish tools and CMS
