Manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
Maintain flow of service
Provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance

Qualification

State Food Handler’s LicenseMAST certificationFood service experienceGuest greetingTeam support

Required

Greet and seat guests
Providing accurate wait times and maintain wait lists
Manage reservations and coordinate with waitstaff regarding seating
Maintain flow of service
Provide support to the team in menu organization and maintenance
Necessary State Food Handler's License(s) and MAST
