Responsibilities
Partner with the Art Director and creative team to execute campaigns, initiatives, and day-to-day creative needs
Design and deliver compelling creative across digital, social, broadcast, print, in-arena, and emerging platforms
Execute designs with a high level of craft while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality
Support projects from concept through final delivery, incorporating feedback and revisions efficiently
Translate brand guidelines and campaign direction into strong visual executions
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, content, and partnerships teams
Contribute ideas, creative solutions, and design support to elevate the overall work of the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent professional experience)
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
Solid design fundamentals with a strong eye for typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling
Ability to execute creative concepts while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Working knowledge of branding systems and applying visual standards across platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow creatively
Preferred
Sports, entertainment, or agency experience is a plus
Knowledge of NBA basketball and the Sacramento Kings' brand is a plus
