Responsibilities
Develop creative and visually compelling packaging and label designs for seasonal beauty and personal care collections
Translate fragrance concepts into packaging designs aligned with brand identity and market trends
Collaborate closely with internal design partners to evolve and execute concepts from ideation through final production
Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders
Interpret feedback quickly and deliver timely, high-quality revisions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Deliver print-ready files and complete technical turnovers with exceptional attention to detail
Partner with external comp houses and vendors to produce accurate 3D prototypes and mock-ups
Stay current on beauty, fashion, and design trends, applying insights to packaging solutions
Maintain flexibility and adaptability as priorities evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
7+ years of experience in packaging and graphic design, preferably within beauty, fragrance, or personal care
Strong portfolio showcasing packaging-focused design work (beauty experience highly preferred)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout
Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques
Experience creating mock-ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment
