Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, configuration, implementation, and optimization of core business applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional technical requirements
Manage system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and automations
Drive data integrity, reporting quality, and documentation standards
Partner with external vendors on delivery and support initiatives
Support change management, end-user enablement, and adoption efforts

Required

3+ years of experience in business systems, IT, or process optimization roles
Experience managing enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems)
Experience with programming languages, databases, EDI, Power Automate
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven improvement
