Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of product features for KKR’s Insurance platforms, ensuring solutions resonate with the needs of investment users
Engage closely with portfolio managers, traders, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize the product roadmap
Oversee UAT and production validation to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and intuitive user experiences
Maintain strong communication channels with business and technical partners, providing transparency around roadmap progress, product updates, and issue resolution
Proactively identify workflow improvements, usability enhancements, and opportunities to strengthen collaboration across investment, operations, and engineering teams
Support continuous improvement by acting as a bridge between investment users and technical teams, ensuring product decisions are well-informed and aligned with business goals
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of product management, business analysis, or investment-adjacent experience within financial services, ideally with exposure to portfolio management or insurance asset management
Strong understanding of investment workflows, fixed income instruments, and the core processes behind managing insurance portfolios
Demonstrated success partnering closely with portfolio managers, traders, and business stakeholders, with an ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships
Proven ability to lead data-intensive product initiatives and collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate complex investment needs into clear product requirements and influence stakeholders across functions
Detail-oriented problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences
