Responsibilities
Lead quality engineering and operational excellence for:
Windows and macOS laptops/desktops
IPads and iOS mobile devices
Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
Manage and integrate endpoint platforms:
Microsoft Intune (Windows)
JAMF (macOS / iOS)
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
Embed monitoring, telemetry, automation, and Digital Experience (DEX) analytics into EUC services
Analyze incident trends, defects, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Proactively identify service risks and lead corrective and preventive actions
Partner with IT Operations, vendors/MSPs, and business stakeholders
Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical teams and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of IT engineering or IT operations experience
Strong experience in managed services environments and vendor oversight
Deep expertise in End-User Computing (EUC) technologies
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
Deep expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS
Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and JAMF
Deep expertise in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Strong understanding of Identity and security (Entra ID, Conditional Access, DLP, compliance controls)
Strong understanding of Endpoint platform architecture and product lifecycle management
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
Proven ability to analyze incident data, defect trends, and service quality metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline
Background check required
Badge access required
Preferred
ITIL, Agile, or DevOps process improvement experience
Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX), telemetry, and observability tools
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments
Endpoint analytics, device health metrics, and monitoring frameworks
Strong understanding of cloud collaboration platforms and EUC-cloud integrations
