They are seeking a Polymer Materials Laboratory Technologist to perform laboratory testing, assist in writing SOPs, and evaluate material acceptability with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist in writing and updating SOPs and test methods
Perform laboratory testing with competence and minimal supervision
Decide on the acceptability of materials based on results
Operate a range of lab instruments and interpret routine data following SOPs (B‑level proficiency)
Accurately enter and log data for traceability and reporting
Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Work overtime when required to support production and customer timelines

Qualification

Laboratory testingSOP writingData entryBasic mathMinimal supervision

Required

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience
Comfort with basic math to support calculations in procedures and test results
Solid data entry and logging skills

Preferred

1–3 years in a manufacturing or lab environment
