Responsibilities
Own the vision, strategy, and execution of a new venture developed within Sisu
Lead company formation, including product definition, go-to-market strategy, and early hiring
Partner closely with Sisu leadership on fundraising strategy and investor readiness
Serve as the primary decision-maker and external representative of the company
Drive measurable progress toward product-market fit and early traction milestones
Qualification
Required
Top-tier business strategist and operational expert
Experience in product, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and operations
Proven leadership abilities in building teams from scratch or managing complex business initiatives
Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to see opportunity where others see risk
Ability to actively seek the right partnership, network, and guidance to launch a high-impact company
Collaborative mindset with a balance of individual grit and team synergy
Willingness to welcome feedback and thrive on being challenged
Direct access to a seasoned entrepreneur who has scaled companies to significant milestones
