Responsibilities

Providing training and support to our customer base
Assisting the field sales team with rapid and thorough complaint resolution and technical support
Identifying and proposing new product concepts to meet evolving customer needs

Qualification

Telecommunication experienceFiber optic cable experienceTechnical aptitudeOutside plant designTechnical product experienceDigital literacyCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

Five or more years of telecommunication experience
Experience with fiber optic cable and connectivity products
A high degree of technical aptitude
Excellent communication, presentation, and digital literacy, including PowerPoint
Ability to travel upwards of 50% in normal circumstances
Able to work indoors and outdoors, occasionally in extreme outdoor environments
Located near Catawba, NC or within the territories of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, or Mississippi

Preferred

A bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical subject area
Two or more years of progressive technical product experience; internships may qualify
Outside plant network design and engineering experience
