Customer Support Agent
IDR, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join one of their top clients in Orlando, FL. This role involves supporting a global customer base in a contact center environment, focusing on delivering exceptional platform support and ensuring positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Provide professional assistance to customers and partners via phone, email, and case logging
Log and manage cases in NowSupport, gathering key information for resolution by SME teams
Educate new customers and partners on how to log cases independently in NowSupport
Assign cases to the appropriate SME team for efficient resolution
Offer initial triage support by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and sharing product information
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Strong questioning skills to understand customer issues clearly and precisely
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Preferred
Prior experience in a contact center environment is beneficial, but not required
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform is a plus, but not essential
