InfoStride is seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Program Manager to support and lead initiatives across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and IT operations. This role involves partnering with senior leaders and technical teams to deliver complex IT programs while advancing PMO governance and operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

Support and lead initiatives across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and IT operations
Partner closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver complex IT programs
Advance PMO governance, standards, and operating frameworks

Required

Proven experience managing complex technical programs within an IT organization
Experience delivering projects in at least two of the following areas: Enterprise systems (ERP, Finance, HRIS, CRM, Supply Chain), Infrastructure (networking, data centers, servers, storage, cloud), IT operations (service management, automation, monitoring, support)
Strong ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience managing vendors, partners, and cross-functional workstreams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, and hybrid delivery models
Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and reports

Preferred

Experience contributing to or establishing PMO governance and standards
Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management tools
Experience supporting organizations undergoing technology transformation or modernization
Relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, CSM, ITIL Foundation, SAFe, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms and modern enterprise SaaS ecosystems
Background working with integrations, data flows, and cross-system dependencies
