Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of automation and warehouse technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices
Oversee preparation of technical documentation, specifications, and project deliverables
Apply predictive analysis and modeling to support solution design, operational efficiency, and system performance improvements
Collaborate with clients to define requirements and present design concepts, ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful on-time delivery
Oversee implementation phases, coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
Support the integration of software and automation technologies into client operations
Mentor junior engineers and analysts, promoting best practices in solution design and project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Systems, or related field (BS Degree required)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in solutions design, engineering, or warehouse automation projects
Strong knowledge of automation systems, warehouse technologies, and software integration
Proficiency in creating and reviewing technical documentation and design specifications
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with strong project management skills; PMP certification a plus
Excellent client interfacing, presentation, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in predictive analysis and process optimization
Preferred
PMP certification a plus
