Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Prepare and post journal entries, including monthly accruals
Assist with tenant billings and cash receipts
Support monthly close activities and financial reporting
Help maintain accurate general ledger records and reconciliations
Work closely with Property Managers and senior accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Prior commercial property management accounting experience is required
Prior accounting experience required (AP, AR, and accruals) required
Must be able to work in-office daily in a business-professional environment
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, Skyline and/or Yardi
Commercial property management accounting experience is helpful
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
