Responsibilities
Drive business growth through prospecting, networking, and outbound outreach
Identify and engage institutional clients, including schools, universities, churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations
Manage and grow an existing book of business while developing new client relationships
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking financial solutions
Clearly communicate the company's investment philosophy, strategies, and offerings to prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with Research, Trust Administration, Church Extension Fund, Advancement, and Marketing teams to deliver holistic solutions
Represent the company at conferences, events, and networking opportunities
Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting client portfolios
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services and sales; institutional sales experience preferred
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and institutional client needs
Proven ability to win new business and expand existing relationships through a client-centric sales approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
Collaborative, relationship-driven professional aligned with a mission-focused culture
Ability to operate a vehicle and travel frequently
