Responsibilities

Assist with mechanical design and prototyping activities using CAD and physical builds
Support experimental testing, data collection, and analysis
Help design and fabricate fixtures, jigs, and test setups
Document designs, test results, and processes through reports, photos, and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, firmware, and manufacturing
Support continuous improvement and troubleshooting efforts

Qualification

CAD skillsPrototyping experienceMechanical engineering fundamentalsSimulation tools exposureCollaboration skills

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred)
Hands-on experience designing and building prototypes (portfolio, photos, or videos required)
Basic understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
Exposure to simulation tools (FEA and/or CFD)
Comfortable working in a lab or prototype environment
