Qualification
Required
California Bar License (Required)
Ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload working on cases from beginning to end
Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and communicating with clients
Preferred
Admission to practice in Nevada a plus
