Systems Integrator

Responsibilities
Be responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs
Act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems
Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products
Analyze and identify all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs
Establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware/software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
Provide direction for design activities
Be responsible for providing System Engineering and Integration support to fast-paced operational projects
Work with senior management, technical project directors, systems engineers, customer stakeholders, mission partners, and development contractors to ensure systems are deployed properly and maintained throughout the mission lifecycle
Be able to identify integration issues and resolve such issues through TEMs, cross-organizational coordination, and other appropriate methods
Be responsible for providing input to several organization-wide processes and keeping senior management informed; these inputs could include schedule data, monthly status reports, budget reports and requests, actions tracking, and weekly highlights
Provide project management support for quick-turnaround projects; to include development of budget plans, project plans, resource plans, logistics, requirements, and architecture design
Support the segment in developing long-term mission roadmaps
Track day to day schedules
Establish and implement processes to track the progress of technical projects
Track projects utilizing specific accesses and ensure targeting sets between programs are being exchanged
Develop and maintain program management processes and procedures
Develop and maintain configuration baselines and change management processes
Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations
Develop and maintain integrated operations schedules and ensure programs follow those schedules
Drive and inform future technical decisions with information provided from mission partners
Support requirements development, verifications, and traceability
Qualification
Required
An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
A Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of relevant experience; or a masters degree and 10 years of relevant experience
Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Systems Integrator (SI) providing services for a government customer with more than one stakeholder
A minimum of two (2+) years of experience providing SI services for engineering support involving either cyber operations, communications, supply chain expertise, military asset tracking, and/or deep-sea communications support
Experience with SI work (writing technical requirements, evaluating contractor design documentation, developing system flow charts, etc.)
Experience planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products
Experience analyzing and identifying all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs
Must have strong written, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to prepare and brief complex technical and non-technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with managing multiple complex contracts, contracting tools, and multiple funding streams
Experience writing and releasing government customer communications
Desire and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects
Self-starter who will take initiative for helping manage key parts of complex technical developments
Willingness and ability to aggressively learn the activities and focus of the organization
Willingness and ability to travel
The ideal candidate must possess demonstrated cultural competency and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Candidates should also have proven experience and/or relevant education specifically related to working within the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USPACOM) area of responsibility. Familiarity with the unique geopolitical, social, and cultural dynamics of the USPACOM region is essential for successfully performing in this role
Preferred
A Master's degree or higher in a technical field such as Engineering, Science, Technical, or related field
Experience working in customer environment
Demonstrated knowledge of Customer's processes and procedures to minimize the learning curve for project/task navigation
Demonstrated effective client management skills to include experience managing across offices and organizations
Relevant Cultural and language competency is highly desired
