Enterprise Social Media & Content Specialist (Healthcare/Life Sciences)
Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences. The role involves producing original social media content, managing content across various platforms, and analyzing performance to optimize strategies.
Responsibilities
Produce a consistent stream of original social media content (short-form video, static graphics, stories, carousels)
Write, edit, and proofread social media copy for daily posts, paid campaigns, and boosted content, ensuring a consistent, on-brand voice and tone tailored to each platform (e.g., professional for LinkedIn, engaging for Instagram)
Use social media management tool (Sprinklr) to schedule and publish approved content across active platforms
Assist the Social Media Manager in compiling regular performance reports, gathering key data on content performance, and offering initial data-driven recommendations for optimization
Proactively research and present new content ideas, platform updates, and emerging trends to integrate into the content strategy
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a social media, marketing, or content creation role
Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and error-free copy for different social media platforms and formats
Demonstrable skills in graphic design and/or video editing for social media
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and deadlines independently
Familiarity and working experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience creating and managing content for a company in the healthcare, wellness, or life sciences industry
Portfolio showcasing examples of content (both visual and written copy) created for a professional brand
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
Basic understanding of paid social media advertising principle
