Author, review, and maintain engineering standards and specifications
Plan and execute test procedures based on product requirements

Manage requirements traceability and verification from concept to release
Troubleshoot systems issues and drive optimization with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
3–5 years in systems or controls engineering
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Background in systems engineering methods and lifecycle management
Experience with advanced data analysis tools
Contributions to global, cross-functional projects
