Responsibilities
Responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization
Must be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders
Must be aware of production requirements
Understand the order sheet specifications
Troubleshoot machine issues
Know the quality system; make quality checks on time; verify correct count and label
Make and handle the product
Communicate and coordinate daily issues with your relief
Attend monthly safety meetings
Know and help enforce all company policies
Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product
Other duties are assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders
Must be aware of production requirements
Understand the order sheet specifications
Troubleshoot machine issues
Know the quality system; make quality checks on time; verify correct count and label
Make and handle the product
Communicate and coordinate daily issues with your relief
Attend monthly safety meetings
Know and help enforce all company policies
Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required
Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule
Must be able to read and understand instructions well
Must be flexible and willing to work different machines as needed
Perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization
Preferred
High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred
Extrusion experience is highly preferred
Forklift experience preferred
