This role involves producing compliant, brand-aligned content for field agents and translating strategies into publish-ready assets across various formats.

Responsibilities
Create multi-format content assets including social posts, carousels, video scripts, email copy, articles, recruiting materials, and Canva templates
Design and build Canva Enterprise templates from scratch, ensuring usability, scalability, and brand consistency
Translate content pillars, messaging frameworks, and strategic direction into ready-to-publish assets
Produce high-volume content to support field agents, recruiting audiences, DBAs, and cultural market variations
Partner with Creative, Brand, Compliance, Digital Enablement, and cross-functional stakeholders to finalize content
Support Instagram content creation, including personalized and platform-optimized asset versions
Execute production tasks tied to major launches (Instagram initiatives, Canva rollouts, internal GPT launches)
Proofread, format, and adapt content across platforms (Hearsay/Yext, social, email, YouTube)
Utilize Canva AI, internal custom GPT tools, and approved technologies to improve speed and efficiency
Maintain organized workflows, timelines, documentation, and follow-ups
Attend meetings, take notes, and report updates and progress back to the manager
Track, analyze, and report on content performance and engagement metrics
Qualification
Required
Expert-level Canva experience (non-negotiable), including hands-on template creation from scratch
Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and digital design
Proven experience managing and delivering high-volume content production
Compliance-aware content creation experience, preferably within regulated industries (finance, insurance, or medical)
Ability to convert strategy and direction into polished, publish-ready assets
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through
Portfolio links clearly listed at the top of the resume
Preferred
Experience working with Canva Enterprise (Brand Kits, templates, AI features)
Familiarity with Hearsay and/or Yext content publishing platforms (training provided)
Experience supporting field marketing or agent-facing content
Exposure to performance analytics, reporting, and optimization
Experience working in lean, fast-paced, high-visibility teams
Comfort working with social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
