Mechanical Engineer Intern - Mission Critical

Responsibilities

Prepare construction documents for various systems
Review shop drawings and RFIs
Verify permitting and code requirements
Conduct facility evaluations and engineering studies
Assist with troubleshooting and commissioning
Perform other fun duties as assigned

Qualification

AutoCADRevitMechanical EngineeringExcelAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsProblem Solving

Required

Pursuing BS or MS in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or other related field from accredited program
2.7 GPA strongly preferred
Finished at least two years of school
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to sit, stand, climb, and work on active construction sites for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Comfort working at heights using ladders, scaffolds, or stairs

Preferred

Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Excel software is preferred
Prior internship and/or related experience is a plus
Involvement in campus, community, and other volunteer activities and/or organizations
