Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
Partner with RL Business Operations and Sales teams to support operational initiatives
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business drivers
Build data models and forecasts related to inventory, revenue, store performance, and ROI
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making
Prepare clear, well-structured presentations and documents for leadership and Sales teams
Provide actionable insights and recommendations with execution plans
Research and share insights on the Reality Labs industry and competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (business preferred)
4–5 years of experience in program management, sales operations, or consulting (tech environment preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Data analytics, operational experience, Salesforce reporting
Program management
Stakeholder management
Strong writing and building powerpoints
Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Docs
Preferred
Familiarity with retail or consumer technology environments
Experience with SQL, Tableau/Google Studio, Unidash, R, or Python plus
