Qualification
Required
Strong background in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively drive relationships and identify client needs
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service for delivering superior client experiences
Outstanding Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment with excellent problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset
Preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual capabilities preferred) to effectively engage with diverse clients
Proficiency in financial services or asset management and a solid understanding of investment products is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is strongly preferred
