New Grad, Entry LevelConsumers National Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Associate to provide clerical support and backup within the Deposit Operations department. This role involves contact with both internal and external customers, handling routine inquiries and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate personnel, handling routine customer inquiries
Route messages received via phone system, email, and call center to appropriate contacts
Assure compliance with Regulation P
Use Microsoft Excel to develop spreadsheets and input data
Process inbound and outbound mail
Process and log returned mail according to procedures
Create counter checks as needed
Index Driver’s License for New Accounts in accordance with bank policy
Scan and index various account documentation
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Banking experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
Able to exercise appropriate independent judgment and take action on it
Exhibits visual speed and accuracy; is analytical, mathematical, and possesses creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Logical, organized and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure; demonstrates flexibility and the ability to grow with and respond to a changing work environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
