Amplify is a strategy execution management platform that empowers organizations to efficiently manage their strategic initiatives. The Implementation Consultant will configure the platform to meet clients' business requirements and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand and document their specific needs, objectives, and challenges
Support in tailoring solutions using Amplify’s capabilities to achieve client objectives
Configure the platform to align with clients' unique business needs, ensuring optimal utilization of Amplify capabilities
Collaborate with clients to validate and iterate on platform configurations, ensuring alignment with their evolving business needs
Translate customer Power BI dashboard requirements into detailed specifications for the reporting team, considering data sources, visualization preferences, and business objectives
Provide and tailor training and support to clients on using Amplify
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Solution Design, Reporting, Customer Support and Product management to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations
Continuously stay updated on best practices, and platform features and capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience in solving complex problems with a proactive and outcome-oriented approach – Big 4 experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful implementations
Familiarity with Power BI and the ability to translate customer dashboard requirements into actionable reporting specifications
Proven experience within a SaaS environment is a plus
