Field Service Technician
ApTask is a leading global provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition services. The IT Field Service Technician will travel to client locations to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with service level agreements.

Responsibilities
Travel to client sites for daily field dispatch (50–100 miles/day)
Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and basic networks
Perform hardware break/fix and maintain service documentation
Meet SLAs and deliver excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of IT hardware, printers, servers, and networking
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
CompTIA A+ required within 6 months
