Responsibilities
Build our client’s pre-launch funnel (includes landing page copy, email copy, ad copy and audiences)
Assist our clients via daily email support and/or screen recorded videos
Provide support and assistance in Skool, our client community forum
Manage platform and project setup in LaunchKit (proprietary software), Meta, Stripe, and Mailchimp
Maintain up-to-date client records in Hubspot
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a customer service or account management role required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Passion for tabletop games strongly preferred
Prior experience in the crowdfunding industry strongly preferred
Experience with Meta advertising strongly preferred
