Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities
Lead HR workstreams within the enterprise M&A program, ensuring alignment with overall deal objectives
Drive Day-1 readiness and post-close stabilization for all HR-related activities
Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment across HR and business leadership teams
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for HR workstreams
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks to ensure successful execution of integration milestones
Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams on M&A best practices and integration processes
Qualification
Required
7 years of experience with a specific background in functional strategy, program management, operations, and/or technology functions
7 years of related business, project management, organizational effectiveness, change management experience
Experience in global companies with several business verticals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate or advanced PowerPoint and design skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Easily bridges teams, building collaboration and seamless touch points
