Responsibilities

Coordinate pricing additions and activity for the business unit through use of Salesforce CPQ or SAP as applicable
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all sales orders are executed with active and accurate pricing, lead internal efforts to resolve pricing discrepancies
Act as a partner to the Sales organization to troubleshoot and improve the price entry and administration process
Support the implementation of mass price increase campaigns based on business strategies: reviewing price targets, aligning with sales, managing execution, and financial reporting
Support data and process integrity in Salesforce and SAP
Collaborate with Salesforce support personnel on Salesforce CPQ initiatives as needed
Maintain accurate process documentation for work flows as continuous improvements are implemented
Run periodic pricing and profitability analyses and provide recommendations to the business for improvement, utilizing Excel, PowerBI, and other analysis tools
Support recurring monthly activities and reporting, including Sales Agent commissions, rebate reconciliations, etc
Support preparation of ad-hoc and recurring analyses and financial reporting
Support continuous improvement of processes throughout entire organization in all aspects of the role

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, technical field or similar/equivalent
Fluent in English required
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams)
Thorough understanding of how to leverage a wide variety of data and related computer tools to perform job functions
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and business acumen
Strong desire to win. Highly motivated, fast-paced execution. Motivated self-starter
Ability to build effective relationships with all levels and roles in the organization
Ability to lead self and work collaboratively to identify process improvement opportunities
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; listens effectively and clarifies information as needed; works well with others in a cross-functional team environment knowing who to engage to achieve results

Preferred

Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and PowerBI preferred, but not required
French speaking a plus
