Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, storm response, networking groups, and referrals
Perform roof inspections and assess customer needs
Present solutions, deliver in-person demos, and close contracts
Manage each project from inspection through production and completion
Maintain organized notes and photos with JobNimbus, CompanyCam, and SumoQuote
Communicate with homeowners, crews, suppliers, and adjusters
Cross-sell gutters, windows, siding, and exterior upgrades when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Experience in face-to-face sales such as D2D, home services, B2B, or customer-facing roles
Coachable, motivated, and comfortable working outdoors
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to climb ladders and walk steep-slope roofs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the U.S
