Commercial Account Executive - West Coast
DirectDefense is a cybersecurity company dedicated to providing unmatched defense strategies. They are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage full-cycle sales and drive new business for their Professional Services and Threat Advisor Professional Platform sales, specifically targeting small and mid-sized businesses.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, and close
Drive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and event attendance to generate and convert new business opportunities
Join industry events, webinars, and partner activities to build relationships and identify new leads
Present and sell the Essentials package, aligning cybersecurity needs with DirectDefense’s offerings, including penetration testing and MSSP services
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize pipeline generation and share platform feedback
Leverage tools like Zoominfo, Outreach, Orum, and Salesforce to manage pipeline and activity metrics
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services
Proven success in high-volume, transactional outbound prospecting and closing new business
Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach
Sound understanding of cybersecurity concepts
Preferred
Familiarity with Zoominfo, Outreach, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
