Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and managing sales growth in direct distribution (online and call center) audience. Develops and executes strategic business plans, initiatives and marketing to generate gross written premium, new business, and profit targets. Leads a team to build, manage and execute on growth initiatives
Lead cross-functional execution with marketing/media, product, data, technology, analytics utilizing ruthless prioritization to deliver initiatives that move conversion, retention, and engagement
Authorizes business decisions on marketing investments and value of initiatives to achieve growth. Recommends the amount and management of the ad budget, including prioritizing and coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns for key company initiatives. Aligns with product understand biggest areas of potential growth due to price, competitiveness, and profitability
Drives experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing, personalization at scale, and performance-based optimization
Optimize the entire digital journey—from discovery to purchase and beyond—so every touchpoint is frictionless, high-converting, and loyalty-building
Manages the execution of sales, communication, and cross-sell, up sell initiatives across the business in close coordination with business units
Team identifies, supports and drives sales campaigns and product launches
Drives sales analytics research and embeds best practices
Manages distribution research programs that are conducted to track competitive performance

Required

Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in marketing, business or insurance preferred
8 years of insurance industry experience
5 years of management experience
Experience in developing strategies in marketing, product or online sales
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of personal lines products
Proven written and oral communication skills
