They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, support month-end and year-end close processes, and assist with compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy, including job costing and inventory processing
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare schedules and reports to support financial statement preparation
Provide documentation and analysis to support audit request
Assist with compliance reporting, tax filings and other regulatory requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Contribute recommendations to improve financial processes and efficiency
Complete ad-hoq reporting and analysis as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
Proven experience in accounting or related financial role
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
