Responsibilities
Define the vision, roadmap, and features for speech technology (e.g., ambient listening, voice commands)
Understand clinician workflows, pain points, and documentation needs across nursing, physician, and CDI teams
Partner with engineering to build intuitive, reliable documentation and handoff experiences
Ensure solutions function seamlessly within complex EHR environments like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
Establish KPIs such as time saved, documentation completeness, and adoption rates
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in Healthtech or related industries
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong record of driving feature development in Healthtech
10+ years of leadership experience with a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows and healthcare product management
Expertise in healthcare interoperability
Preferred
Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Relevant certifications in product management or Healthtech are desirable
