Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, in an accurate and timely manner
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved
Utilize QuickBooks to manage and record financial data, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes
Monitor and process invoices, ensuring prompt payments and proper documentation
Reconcile vendor accounts and address any discrepancies or issues that arise
Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all financial transactions for auditing purposes
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and implement best practices
Provide support for end-of-month and year-end closing activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
