Responsibilities
Build the best design team in fintech
Play the role of a super-IC as you build out the design team
Hire a Content Designer, Product Designer, Design Engineer, and others as needed
Empower the design team to do great work
Create a team that leads with empathy and vision
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and leading design teams in a fintech environment
Strong understanding of API design and user experience
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and marketing teams
Experience in hiring and empowering design professionals
A passion for creating empathetic and visionary design
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work
Ability to mold and define team identity and culture
Preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with financial technology and consumer financial accounts
Experience with design thinking methodologies
Background in product design, content design, or design engineering
