Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their escrow accounts
Assist customers with changes to their insurance carriers, and update billing when needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience in a call center, preferably dealing with escrow, mortgage, or financial services
Proven analytical and communication skills
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Familiarity with CPI policies and escrow payment cycles
Experience with compliance-driven documentation
Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
