Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Owner to evaluate Features and write effective user stories
Document business rules and review technical design with Developers
Identify enablers and dependencies for successful project execution
Provide support to UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements
Facilitate discussions and ensure test plans meet requirements
Qualification
Required
Excellent analytical skills with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements
Strong experience in JIRA
3 years of practical agile experience
Experience in converting business needs into epics and stories
Preferred
Experience as a Product Owner or working closely with one
Experience in refining business processes
Ability to work seamlessly with both technical and business team members
Strong communication skills to work effectively with developers and testers
Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
