The main responsibilities include developing and designing digital assets, collaborating with the marketing team, and managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work.

Responsibilities

Develop and design a variety of digital assets, including animation, video boards, GIFs, and digital advertisements such as CTV and Google ads
Design and develop integrated campaigns; ensuring brand consistency across assets and touch points
Utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to create compelling animations and videos
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the brand’s vision and strategic goals
Translate creative concepts into visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work
Maintain a strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies to keep our digital content fresh and innovative

Qualification

Digital designAdobe Premiere ProAfter EffectsFigmaAttention to detail

Required

5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within a retail environment
Proven ability to create stunning digital content, with a portfolio showcasing animation and video work
Strong proficiency in digital design tools, including Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in related field

Preferred

Experience designing for a corporate retailer is preferred
