Responsibilities
Accurately input business names and photos into the designated systems or databases
Conduct thorough verification of contestant information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist in managing the scheduling and publication of social media and digital marketing content
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve team objectives
Communicate effectively to clarify instructions, seek guidance, and provide updates on progress
Assist customers with inquiries timely and efficiently via email
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong attention to detail
Solid time management skills
Preferred
Experience with Social Pilot, Meta Business Manager, or similar
Some college coursework or equivalent work experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of office work
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internet tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
