Responsibilities

Supervise the Electrical Test Engineering team and ensure readiness of all ground support equipment, test procedures, test system software, test scripts, test databases and all other test products in order to support Program test schedules and objectives
Be a part of the Electrical Test leadership team to raise and resolve issues through interactions with the programs, other AI&T teams, and senior program leadership
Prepare inputs to schedules and status reviews
Manage the planning, execution, and evaluation of major system and subsystem test activities
Oversee processes for major technical meetings, ROMs, proposals, and studies
Review all LM Space Command Media relative to test and ensure program compliance

Required

Bachelor's Degree (Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience in high value hardware (spacecraft preferred) level manufacturing and/or testing, including development of test plans, procedures, and scripts
Full Spectrum Leadership capability with strong oral, written and presentation skills, along with the ability to achieve consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members and customers
Adaptive and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules with minimal direct oversight
Willingness to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment
Ability to obtain a government-issued TS/SCI clearance

Preferred

Certified Test Conductor (CTC)
Experience working with Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) that support space vehicle testing
Experience writing and executing test plans and test procedures in LM's Automation Framework (or industry equivalent)
Experience with a scripting language (Python preferred) to support automated test script development, debugging, and execution
Active Top Secret clearance
