Responsibilities

Analyze business & technical requirements to create process designs
Support & perform software development testing
Execute root cause analysis & corrective action activities in support of digital transformation projects
Travel as required
Work on-site a minimum of two days per week

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Aerospace, Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, such as metallic machining, composite layup, and aerospace, heavy equipment, or automotive assembly
Effective written, verbal, listening, and technical communication skills
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Must be a US Citizen
This position will require a government security clearance
Ability to travel as required
Ability to work on-site a minimum of two days per week

Preferred

Experience developing inspection methods, work instructions, and procedures for manufactured and supplier-provided products
Ability to use causal analysis and root cause analysis tools to investigate and resolve technical and process issues
Knowledge of CAD/CAM, manufacturing planning systems, and metrology software
Experience defining and tracking performance metrics for continuous process improvement
Familiarity with configuration and data management processes
