Communications Intern
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Communications Intern to join their Charlotte, North Carolina office. The role involves writing and editing content for various platforms, collaborating with internal experts, and promoting company culture through storytelling.

Responsibilities
Write and edit content for internal and external audiences on a variety of platforms
Partner with internal subject matter experts to identify industry news, topics, and trends
Collaborate with partners across the firm to elevate region-specific content to entire firm
Write and edit content for intranet, external website, and social media platforms
Promote employee success and company culture through written storytelling
Edit and proofread materials for grammar, format, style, accuracy, and consistency
Support other communications department activities as needed
Qualification
Required
In the process of obtaining a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Communications, English, or related field
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
