Regional OTR Tire Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and grow OTR tire sales by building strong relationships with fleet, agricultural, and industrial customers through regular face-to-face field sales
Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of OTR tire products, retread programs, and service offerings to provide accurate, value-driven recommendations
Conduct fleet maintenance surveys and on-site evaluations to identify customer needs and drive long-term service partnerships
Prospect new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up with prospective customers to expand territory growth
Meet or exceed established sales goals while supporting overall branch and regional objectives
Write up tires for retread and waste using handheld and digital systems, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and service issues to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Uphold Pomp’s Core Values and Safety Spokes, modeling safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same
Collaborate with service teams and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and service commitments
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (locally and long-distance, including overnight stays)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a territory effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Sales or related field, or equivalent sales experience
Two (2) or more years of tire sales and/or tire service experience strongly preferred, with OTR or commercial experience a plus
TIA/Bandag certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
