Responsibilities

Own and drive the CRM Applications strategy and roadmap, leading delivery of customer-facing initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and business priorities
Lead cross-functional delivery teams responsible for configuring, extending, integrating, orchestrating, and optimizing CRM capabilities to achieve targeted business outcomes
Manage full application lifecycle management, including upgrades, releases, patches, security remediation, user access, roles, profiles, provisioning, and data protection
Stay current on emerging CRM technologies and innovations; foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement to drive business value
Partner closely with business leaders in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Technology to maximize platform adoption, user experience, and ROI
Build and manage strategic partnerships with global system integrators and implementation partners to enable scale, resiliency, and cost efficiency in a 24x7 IT operational model
Lead relationships with Salesforce and other enterprise application vendors, driving proactive engagement, roadmap alignment, and value realization
Own vendor performance management and continuous improvement using SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs
Oversee CRM integrations, APIs, and connectivity with enterprise systems; collaborate with Integration, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure alignment with IT standards and CX architecture
Communicate portfolio health to executives and stakeholders, including delivery status, budget performance, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing CRM Applications team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence
Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth and career development
Own and manage the annual operating and project budget, ensuring disciplined financial management and alignment to strategic objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM solutions
2+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success building and leading teams
Deep understanding of the CRM technology ecosystem, including platform architecture, data model, security, integrations, AI capabilities, and product roadmap
Experience operating in Agile / Scrum environments and leading product-centric delivery teams
Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language to stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work both independently and within a team. Capable of managing a variety of complex issues while driving momentum of key projects

Preferred

Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge
Prior experience in Revenue Operations (Sales, Marketing, Service, or Operations) or as an IT business partner to these functions
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Architect, Developer, or equivalent)
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining delivery momentum
