Responsibilities
Create and evolve a seasonal digital materials toolkit to support the digital product creation process
Build repeatable patterns, texture maps, shaders, drape, and 3D material packages
Digitize and QA materials, ensuring accurate categorization, records, and color consistency
Collaborate with materials, digital product, and IT teams to improve the virtual materials library
Partner with global Tier I, II, and III suppliers to align on virtual materials standards and stability
Support digital sample quality assurance across cross-functional teams
Research and test new tools, workflows, automation, and AI-driven opportunities to improve scale and efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement of digital materials processes across apparel and footwear
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital materials, 3D textures, or 3D rendering
Strong experience with tools such as Browzwear, Substance, Keyshot, Blender, or similar 3D software
Experience creating repeatable texture maps and patterns using tools like Photoshop, Substance, or Vizoo-xTex
Familiarity with material scanners, drape parameters, and material digitization workflows
Solid understanding of apparel materials, construction types, and product creation processes
Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility; photography awareness is a plus
Comfortable collaborating with global teams and external partners
Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
