Responsibilities

Manages Conference Services 24-hour phone line and responds to all calls and requests from 5:00p.m.-12:00a.m
Carries On-Call mobile phone to respond to call 12:00a.m.-7:00a.m
Assists with preparation of Residence Halls for conference groups (linens, inspections, placing signage inside and outside of buildings, and special requests)
Assists with group check ins and check outs after hours
Places and tracks the status of work order (maintenance) requests
Marks rooms that are under maintenance / have finished maintenance on IRIS (computer system)
Provides notes for daytime staff in Night Operations Log of all necessary updates
Responsible for the upkeep of Conference Services vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and fueled
Tracks and updates the Night Ops logbook (log all requests and calls occurring during your shift)
